Hold Me / Close 2 U is my final 2-tracker EP of 2022. I wanted to capture my more melodic and softer influences, and channel them into a cohesive body of work represented in the future garage style of music.

"Hold Me" starts things off with new-age soundscapes mixed with classic dub echo fx to create a swell of emotion. All of the melodic elements mix nicely with a deep reese bassline and vocals to create a dark yet oddly pleasing and warm track that sets the tone.

"Close 2 U" finishes the EP with a more uplifting and happy vibe that echos the theme of "Hold me close to you" perfectly. The drums are more punchy and pronounced throughout the track, and the melodies are consistent and bright.
